We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping time does not include processing time. Processing time for orders vary; each product page provides the expected processing time. If you order multiple items, it is possible that they will arrive in separate boxes depending on the supplier.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, we will do what we can to update your address. We are unable to change your address once your order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can attempt to contact the shipping carrier for an address change.
We stand behind all of the products featured in our store. All orders are quality checked prior to shipment to ensure they are not sent out with any defects. Once your order is confirmed we are unable to cancel it.
When you receive your order, please inspect your purchase and contact us if there is any damage. Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the item and include photo evidence of the damage. We will either refund or replace your order, and may require you to return the damaged item but will cover the cost of return shipping.
All other items may be exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. You will be provided a store e-gift card with the value of the merchandise at the time you purchased it, not including the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping. Return and replacement processes will vary by item, so please contact our customer service team for more information.
