We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping time does not include processing time. Processing time for orders vary; each product page provides the expected processing time. If you order multiple items, it is possible that they will arrive in separate boxes depending on the supplier.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Please contact our support team at store@conrail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, we will do what we can to update your address. We are unable to change your address once your order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can attempt to contact the shipping carrier for an address change.
